Position Overview:
pvX, solarian’s software is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and increasing market presence for our suite of software products. The ideal candidate is passionate about renewable energy, possesses a strong sales acumen, and excels in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Marketing Campaigns and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing campaigns and promotional materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of pvX software products.
- Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and events, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and messaging for maximum impact.
- Customer Engagement and Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product demonstrations, technical support, and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve products and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape within the solar photovoltaics sector.
- Analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Use market insights to inform sales and marketing strategies, product enhancements, and go-to-market approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development roles, preferably within the renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of solar photovoltaics technology and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Hubspot, marketing automation platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events.
